Coaching Certification

Level One Coaching Certification applicants are awarded their Level One Coaching Certificate when they successfully complete our Level One Program, our Advanced Practitioner Certification Training and Three (3) Personal Coaching sessions with our President, V. Jan Marszalek.

Upon completion of all above mentioned classes and activities, applicants for Coaching Certification will submit required information discussed in appointments to determine readiness for certification. Each individual coaching session with Jan will allow the coach to learn more about professional development in specific areas for more mastery for direct application in their coaching approach. This level is excellent for those currently working within a coaching company in a structured environment, and is complimentary to all coaching programs.

Master Coaching Certification applicants will meet all of the criteria in Level One Coaching, as well as successfully completing the following series: Diamonds in the Mind, Meditation Class, Master Practitioner Training, and serve as a Trainer Assistant on one or more Advanced Practitioner Certification programs. This Master Coaching Certification is designed for those who want to develop as a coach in a more deep, meaningful way; getting much more proficient at good questioning techniques, reading body language even more effectively, as well as learn meditation techniques that can help themselves and their clients achieve more than ever thought possible. This is a track for those who take their coaching seriously and want to take their private practice up several notches.
